November 17th is Homemade Bread Day at Family Jewels and Silver
The aroma of fresh bread is one of the best cooking aromas we all enjoy and know.
Reminding us of Grandmothers or aunts and even moms who made fresh homemade breads.
And, bread day is the perfect time to try baking some fresh bread for your family or friends.
Bread is a staple of life! For thousands of years many varieties of breads around the world were baked or fried and eaten. As far back as 10,000B.C. people were making breads.
Today with automatic bread makers which are so simple to use the homes of many have the aromas of fresh breads baking. Hot breads smothered in butter and maybe a touch of jam or peanut butter just taste so good.
Our favorite bread homemade is of course Italian Bread.
