Title of Bill: Fair Tax Reform Across the United States of America  

Be It Enacted By  Congress

 Be it resolved that all Federal Tax and TaxesOn every item, product and export (but, not on imports) shall be nullifiedRemoved and banned under the 14thAmendment to the Constitution.Where as The Internal Revenue Service shall be remodeled to collect the newFAIR TAX revenues on behalf of the United States of America

All Income Tax is annulled and finished (except upon imports)

No legal citizen shall be required to pay any Federal Income Tax under the

FAIR TAX REFORM.

Which shall be now be known as Federal Sales Tax:

Federal Sales Tax shall be applied ON EVERY TRANSACTION in and out of the United States of America for every product and or service in/and/or for the United States of American and upon every entity Citizen or illegal alien on US SOIL.

And, upon all imports to the United States.

The Rate shall be set at 5% on all transactions and at every level of transactions bought, sold or traded. Everyone shall be accessed a 5 % Sales Tax collected by the Internal Revenue

Service in overseeing the FAIR TAX REFORM.

There are no deductions and no credits: Period.

How the collected Sales Tax—-MUST BE ALLOCATED

  1. 2 PERCENT TO RUN ALL THE GOVERNEMENT
  2. 1 percent allocated to only military.
  3. 2 PERCENT MUST BE APPLIED TO NATIONAL DEBT  until the time

         the National Debt reaches ZERO:

At which: That 2 percent shall be nullified: And the Fair Tax Reform:

IE: Sales Tax shall and must revert to a simple 3%  unless a National Emergency Declaration by Congress seeks the stay and votes to keep the 2% for reasons and particulars all the Nation must in OPEN VOTE have the absolute right upon: Or if the US Citizens vote for 100 percent Medical Care for everyone funded by the 2% after Nationional Debt is ZERO

TO CAST A NATIONAL BALLOT to keep the 2 %.

Fair Tax Reform estimates 3-5 years and National Debt shall be ZERO

The founding Officers were Robert William Vincent. President…Rosalie Butler was elected asVice President….Morrie Lamb as Treasurer and Fanny E. May Jr. as Secretary… Rosalie Butler was later elected as a St. Paul City Council Woman and served her office with the colorful Saint Paul Mayor Charlie McCarthy. She remained an active member until Her passage unto the Creator.
 
“Voice of the People” was created to bring knowledge to The public and expose government cover-ups and wrongs as they were brought by Urban Renewal within Saint Paul Minnesota….. Mr. Vincent is still President and CEO of the Voice of The People.
 
A voter with “Information and Knowledge” is a powerful individual!
 
 
 
 
 
If this were passed?  Removal of the Taxes on Gasoline would drop the price dramatically?
Same for every thing else?
AND THE ECONOMY WOULD BOOM!
Paychecks would be BIGGER……..People would spend the extra and this bolsters the economy.
No more Income Taxes…….no more filing….no more paperwork….Saves allot of $$$$$$
Everyone is use to the collection of Sales Tax…This just becomes a Federal One!
This could just be the ultimate answer?
